Frequently asked questions
The best times are June–October (dry season with excellent wildlife viewing) and December–February (calving season in Serengeti). Both offer exceptional game drives and Big Five sightings. Our shoulder seasons (May, November) offer fewer crowds and lower prices.
While we cannot guarantee sightings, Serengeti and Ngorongoro have exceptional Big Five populations. We estimate 70–80% probability of seeing all five species during this 2-day safari with experienced guides and extended game drive time.
We offer lodge or tented camp options depending on season and preference. All accommodations include en-suite bathrooms, meals, and are situated for excellent sunrise/sunset views. Options range from comfortable mid-range to luxury safari lodges.
We offer custom 3-day and 4-day versions of this safari. Contact us for pricing and availability. Adding extra days significantly increases wildlife viewing opportunities, particularly for Big Five sightings and unique behavior observations
