Final Payment: Due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel 60+ days: Full refund minus $150 admin fee. Cancel 30–60 days: 50% refund. Cancel 15–30 days: 25% refund. Cancel <15 days: Non-refundable.
